Jim and Bob lived in a Garrison Homes spec house before they decided to build a new home across the street. They loved the Garrison home they were living in but were ready to build their custom dream home. Jim and Bob have renovated many homes throughout the country. However, this was a special project for them because this was their first time building a brand new home. A lot of the details from Garrison Home’s Signature Style that they loved in their first Garrison home found their way into their new Garrison home.
Garrison Homes built the Mercer family’s new home in one of Dover’s exclusive communities. While the Mercer’s home is 100% custom and they did an excellent job with their selections, they benefited largely from what is becoming widely known in the area as Garrison Home’s Signature Style.
